Reporting an Issue
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at support@freshmart.com or call our helpline with your order ID and details. Photos of damaged or incorrect items help us process your request faster.
Refund Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- Full refund – credited to your original payment method or wallet
- Partial refund – for specific problematic items
- Replacement – for items we can redeliver
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. For card payments, it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.
Non-Refundable
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, orders not received due to incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
